Tien Vominh, Managing Member
T. Vominh is a Managing Member of Ascent Development, a New York-based development firm that was founded in July 2008. Formerly a Managing Director at CGS Developers, a Brooklyn-based firm that develops and constructs its own projects. T. Vominh was brought to CGS Developers as a project executive to upgrade the accounting system and restructure project management procedures. In addition to procuring financing for each of CGS's projects during his tenure, Mr. Vominh oversaw the project management of: The Powerhouse, 214 50th Avenue and 226 50th Avenue.

T. Vominh received a Masters of Science in Real Estate from New York University. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Oregon.  Mr. Vominh formerly served as adjunct professor teaching Multifamily Residential Development at New York University Schack Institute of Real estate.

Matt K. Lynch, Development Manager
M. Lynch is a licensed architect in the state of New York.  He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Masters of Science of Urban Design from Pratt Institute.  After graduation, Lynch worked at Robert A.M. Stern as a designer and project manager on some of New York’s premier luxury residential buildings.  Following RAMSA, he joined the management team at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill where projects under his purview included a luxury residential tower with a boutique hotel, a large-scale mixed-use residential master plan.
